The Federal Government established a requirement that government entities develop and adopt a policy (commonly referred to as a Red Flag policy) that is designed to safeguard, detect, report and address instances of possible threats to the misuse of theft of personal identity on customer accounts maintained by government entities.
The attached Resolution reflects the establishment of a “Red Flag” policy for the City of Dania Beach. |
